Meet-and-greet, door-to-door
Your chauffeur meets you with signage and assists with luggage, then takes the fastest, smoothest route to your door. Choose our Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers) for solo travelers and couples, the Black SUV (up to 7) for families and extra luggage, or the Executive Van (up to 15) for groups landing together.
How pickup works at SAN Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
SAN is a two-terminal airport, and your airline decides which one you land at. Either way, the pickup runs the same:
- Share your flight number and whether you land at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
- After you land, your chauffeur texts you where to meet: inside baggage claim with a name sign, or, if you land at Terminal 2, at the Transportation Plaza across from the terminal.
- Your chauffeur handles the bags, and the car is a short walk away.
We wait for every flight, however late it lands. If something unexpected comes up, like a missed connection or a long customs line, you sort it out directly with your chauffeur in the moment.
Early-morning departures from SAN
SAN does not allow departures between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM, so the first wave of flights leaves together right at 6:30, and the terminals are busiest in the hour before. Pickups before 5 AM are routine for us: your chauffeur confirms the night before and is at your door on time, so the earliest flight of the day starts without a scramble for a ride.
- For a departure, your chauffeur drops you at the departures curb for your airline at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
Private airport transportation, not a shared shuttle
A shared airport shuttle stops for other passengers before it gets to you. Avant is private: one booking, your group only, straight from the terminal to your door. Most of our SAN runs serve La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad, and Coronado, plus cruise passengers heading for the B Street cruise terminal and travelers crossing to Tijuana’s airport through Cross Border Xpress.
