Information you give us

When you send a ride request through our booking form, we collect what you enter:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your pickup and drop-off locations, date, and time
• The service and vehicle you choose, and the number of passengers
• Anything you add in the notes, such as a flight number
• How you heard about us, if you tell us

We also keep what you send us when you call, text, or email. The booking form does not ask for payment card details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some information about how it is used:

• Vercel, which hosts this site, provides basic visit and page-speed statistics.
• Google Analytics, which uses cookies, tells us which pages people visit and which actions they take, such as tapping our phone number, clicking through to the booking page, or submitting the booking form. These events record the page, not what you typed.
• Your browser stores small items for your current visit, such as the page you arrived on and whether you have already seen our discount offer.

How we use information

• To respond to requests, send quotes, and arrange and carry out your rides
• To contact you about a booking, including changes and flight updates
• To keep business records and handle questions or problems
• To understand which pages and services are useful, and improve the site

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers that help us run the business, and with the chauffeur assigned to your trip, as needed for your ride. We use:

• Web3Forms, which delivers booking form requests to our email
• Supabase, which stores booking records
• Google, for email, calendar scheduling, and Google Analytics
• Vercel, which hosts this website

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Google explains its practices in its privacy policy.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing avantlimos@gmail.com or calling (619) 398-5432. We may need to keep some records for legal or business reasons.

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us to make a request, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

How long we keep information

We keep booking information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
