These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Avant Limo’s luxury car transportation services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Avant Limo” refers to our luxury car transportation company.
“Client” refers to the person or entity booking and using our services.
“Vehicle” refers to the luxury car or limousine provided by Avant Limo.
“Chauffeur” refers to the professional driver provided by Avant Limo.
“Reservation” refers to a confirmed booking for our transportation services.
2. Reservations
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or through a third-party booking platform.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including the pickup time, location, destination, and passenger details.
Avant Limo reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at our discretion.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may result in a cancellation fee.
Changes to reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
The Client will be charged according to the rates and fees specified at the time of reservation.
Additional charges may apply for extra services or time exceeding the original reservation.
All payments should be made in advance or directly to the Chauffeur upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and cash.
5. Vehicle and Chauffeur
Avant Limo will provide a well-maintained luxury vehicle with a professional, trained Chauffeur.
Avant Limo reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with a similar or upgraded model due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Client and their guests are expected to treat the vehicle and Chauffeur with respect.
6. Conduct and Responsibility
The Client and their guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during the service. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.
Avant Limo is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
7. Safety and Compliance
All Clients and passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
Avant Limo will operate in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Alcohol consumption by passengers under the legal drinking age is prohibited.
8. Liability
Avant Limo is not liable for any delays, losses, accidents, or damages that occur during the service, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
9. Privacy and Data
Avant Limo will collect and store personal data for the purpose of providing transportation services and may share information with authorized third parties.
10. Termination
Avant Limo reserves the right to terminate any service at any time due to violation of these Terms or any circumstances that affect the safety and security of the service.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Avant Limo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be bound by the most recent version of the Terms.
